• For Winter 2021 travel we are booking our clients 3-4 weeks out and insuring our partner’s have a flexible cancelation policy. People are avoiding crowded city destinations and interested in more outdoor, nature and open spaces.

• We have seen a strong demand for villa and vacation home rentals within driving distance of their permanent homes.

• Caribbean Island Destinations and Private Villa bookings in St Barts, Aruba and U.S. Virgin Islands, with flexible cancellation policies, are being booked from Thanksgiving through 2022.

• Big demand for 2021 “Bucket List” 2+ week International Trips to places like South Africa (combining Capetown, Winelands and Safari) and Australia (combining destinations like Sydney, Uluru National Park and the Great Barrier Reef).
